Meet the Team

A Message from the Owners…

As owners, we want to thank you for visiting our website and learning more about us. We love what we do and consider ourselves lucky to have the absolute best job in the world: serving those going through divorce with compassion, skill, integrity, and optimism! We believe in learning from the past—specifically our past. Going through our own divorces is what prompted Blake and me to open One Source Mediation. Sharing the lessons we’ve learned has helped others avoid having to go through the same mess we did, And that is the most rewarding part of what we do!

The emotional and psychological turmoil one experiences while going through divorce is real, and at times can be almost debilitating. We believe individuals facing this serious life challenge have enough on their plate! Their focus needs to be on healing and caring for themselves and their children, not worrying about lawyers, legal papers, and the overwhelming court process. Hearing clients express their extreme relief at knowing we specialize in the divorce process, so they don’t have to, is why we come to work every day. We  recognize there are many life changes ahead for you and your family and we are grateful for the opportunity to serve you and help you through this difficult time.

Sincerely,

Blake and Amy Draper

Nancy Larson

I believe that informed self-determined dispute resolution is far superior to a court-mandated resolution. I began mediating after an executive career which taught me that listening and being heard brought about the best outcomes. We all have the opportunity to create a better future for our families, our businesses and ourselves through peaceful dispute resolution. I am an attorney admitted to the California bar; I have a master’s degree in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology. I have expertise in divorce and custody mediation, and experience with contracts, commercial, small claims and probate. “The best way to predict your future is to create it.”—Abraham Lincoln
